📋 Helpful Hire Information & Conditions

Direct Email Enquiries: All bookings and enquiries are handled directly via email at [email protected].
Included in Every Hire: Use of folding tables, upholstered chairs, heating, lighting, accessible toilets, and our private car parks.
Setup & Clear-Up Time: Please include your setup and tidying-away time within your booked hours.
Returnable Security Deposit: A refundable damage/tidiness deposit may be requested for evening events or parties.
Alcohol & Licensing: If you plan to sell alcohol at a community event, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Monmouthshire County Council is required with committee approval.
